30-day happiness guarantee
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit or refund.
Free size exchanges
Wrong size? We send the right size at no extra cost. Request an exchange and we will email you a prepaid return label.
Return conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, please try leggings on over underwear.
How to return
Email hello@leggingz.co.za with your order number. We send you a return label, you drop off your parcel, and we process your refund or exchange within 5 working days of receiving it.
Refunds
Refunds are paid to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect your return. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
Received a faulty or incorrect item? Contact us within 6 months and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
