Use a soft tape measure. Measure your natural waist (the narrowest part) and your hips at the fullest point of your bum, keeping the tape level.
Compare both numbers with our size guide. If your waist and hips fall into different sizes, go with your hip measurement.
Between two sizes? Take the larger one. Shaping leggings should feel firm and supportive, never painfully tight — too tight compresses instead of drains.
